Bright Liver reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Site (or any part thereof) without notice at any time. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to the Site and these Terms.

4. Shipping and Fulfillment

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Shipping Time: Standard delivery ranges from 6–10 business days, depending on the destination.
  • International Orders: We ship worldwide. However, you are solely responsible for understanding and complying with local import regulations. We are not liable for any customs delays, taxes, or duties incurred.

5. Returns, Refunds & Subscriptions

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on one-time purchases from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused or lightly used and returned at the customer's expense.

Subscriptions: By subscribing to a recurring plan, you authorize recurring charges and shipments at the frequency selected at checkout. Once a subscription order has been processed — meaning payment has been captured and the package has been prepared or shipped — that order is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop all future charges and shipments; cancellation does not refund an order that has already been processed. All payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways provided through Shopify. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount to your chosen payment method. For subscriptions, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or misuse.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including but not limited to product names, branding, text, images, graphics, logos, and software—is the property of Bright Liver and is protected under U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
